(About The Images)
1873 "Closed 3" PCGS MS-63. 1873 "Closed 3" PCGS MS-63.
Lot Title: 1873 "Closed 3" PCGS MS-63.
Description: Delightful sky-blue color blushes across the left-center obverse, providing illumination for Liberty's portrait and contributing much to this coin's outstanding eye appeal. The strike is very good, and offers an interesting array of spidery web cracks about the reverse periphery, most notably along the bottom of the denomination. Undeniably choice!

1873 "open 3" AU details/obverse scratches and 1876-S AU...
Scratches noted for the 1873 are not nearly obvious and may very well pass standards at a grading service, while the 1876-S has too many on the lower half of the obverse to avoid a "details only"...
