The First National Bank of Portland, Indiana. Small size notes from this bank are not all that uncommon, but what is uncommon are uncirculated examples. In fact, no uncirculated notes are reported on the bank, and there is only one AU listed in the census. This note is definitely a borderline Unc., and it displays nice embossing.
