The Peoples National Bank of Hackettstown, New Jersey. From a two-bank town in the popular State of New Jersey. There is a pencil marking to the observed left of Jackson, a teller's stamp to the observed right of the seal, and about a half-dozen pinholes, so you should be able to obtain this note for a reasonable bid.
