Description:
|
Cartwheel mint luster enlivens the creamy surfaces with premium coppery appeal. Post mint impairments are limited to only very shallow bagmarks, gathered mainly on the reverse, though there are several carbon spots worthy of note. Substantial orange peel effect suggests extended use of the dies, and there is a little striking flatness to be found at the eagle's breast. An excellent type coin.
