Lot Title:
1892-O PCGS MS-62.
Description:
The value of lower grade examples of 1892-O are considered on par with other common dates in the gold eagle series, but at the MS-62 level, it begins to rival the scarcity of many better dates. Excellent sunny-gold mint luster percolates around the obverse and pinwheels around the reverse, limited in scope only by the numerous tiny ticks and abrasions associated with the MS-62 grade. Although not fully struck, most of the stars exhibit good central details.
