Lot Title:

Three Barber Quarters.
|
Description:
|
A trio from the popular Barber Quarter series. The 1892 is a retoned XF-40 with dappled brown-gold hues and sharp design details. The 1893-S has mostly brilliant surfaces that are embellished with exquisite golden red hues. A predominately struck issue that is observed with a few contact marks on Liberty's cheek, and some light hairlines in the right obverse field. The 1896-O is a cleaned XF-40 with fairly crisp-for-the-grade design details.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
