Lot Title:
1910-S PCGS MS-66.
Description:
With a mere glance, it is obvious this is a stunning coin, from the standpoint of both production and preservation. Although the 1910-S was an issue produced to better standards than most other Barber half dollars, the example at hand simply overflows with superlatives, including an incredible strike that has brought up every single detail to its fullest extent. Not a single peripheral obverse star displays any weakness, yet the even strike was sufficiently powerful to bring up all central details as well. In addition, fastidious preservation over the past century has rewarded us with a coin that is pristine and without blemishes, save a scattering of delicate luster grazes. An amazing coin that looks just about exactly as it did on the day it was minted.
